I recently opened Google Chrome and the boxes that are there are now smaller, and there is this white bar across the bottom, and in this bar it says "Most visited" and "Apps". I was just wondering why this is here and why is it like that? Is it a new Goggle Chrome or is there something I can do to get rid of it? Any help is good, thanx:)Google Chrome Trouble?

Sounds like you have Chrome 15. You can't get rid of it.

It is either a toolbar or a status bar. You should be able to go to your (view?) menu and disable it.
