None of my Apple apps are working?

I have both iTunes and Safari, but neither of them are working. When I open iTunes, it simply freezes and I have to use Task Manager to close it. Safari opens, but none of the pages that I go to load. I've used Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox, and they all work, but not Safari.

Firstly, Try resetting Safari and emptying its caches.

Use disc utility to repair the permissions.

You may have to resinstall from the apple system discs.

Have you got the latest versions? 3.1.2 is the current version of Safari.None of my Apple apps are working?
