After logging in in windows 7 64-bit, startup applications load and when I start apps like chrome or open my computer, it takes 1-3 minutes to open.

This means that your start up slow.You need to disable unwanted start up programs.You can do it by:
go to run and type in msconfig then go to startup tab and uncheck the unwanted start up programs.
