How to remove trojan "Antivirus Software Alert" when all malware removal apps are infected?

My home PC has just been (re)infected with that obnoxious Antivirus Software Alert trojan. We're getting "infiltration alert" notices every few seconds, and IE is automatically opening several windows with porn sites as the default URL. No other URLs work in IE. Same goes for Google Chrome. The only browser that runs right now is Firefox, which is how I'm online right now. In the past, I've been able to remove similar trojans using MalwareBytes. Now, I cannot run MalwareBytes because its executable is infected. None of our anti-malware apps - Norton, MS Security Essentials, SpyDoctor, McAfee - run because of the infection. In fact, Firefox is one of the few apps on the whole PC that's not infected. Can't use iTunes, photo viewers, Office, or anything else. And the download feature is broken, so I can't download any new malware removal app.

Does anyone know a clever way to get rid of this thing?? Help! How to remove trojan "Antivirus Software Alert" when all malware removal apps are infected?
Hi,

please do this :-

you have a really bad virus and the only thing to kill it is "Malwarebytes", some times this virus blocks anti-virus sites so download it using another system on to a Flash drive then use the flash drive to install it onto the infected system, then reboot and then run a FULL scan of your system, if this fails try this, reboot and press F8 as it boots up, this will take you into safe mode, then run a Full scan again.

If it is still blocked %26amp; won’t install try this:-

When it asks you where you would like to save it, change the "mbam_setup.exe" file to xxxxx.exe.

Then install it, update it, and run a full scan in Safe mode.

This will clear your system of this virus.

This is also one of the best free anti-spyware programs; again always run your anti-virus software in “Safe Mode” on full scan.

This will all help you and are completely FREE downloads.

Trust me this does work.

Simple version of what to do:-

Download “Malwarebytes” onto a UBS Memory stick using a friends system

Use the Filehippo links as these are completely FREE

Reboot your system

As it boots up press (tap) F8

When in SAFE MODE install “Malwarebytes” using your USB Stick copy

When installed, run a full scan of your HDD

Reboot back into main windows again

Update “Malwarebytes” using the update tab page

Run another full scan of your HDD

Trust me this will not harm your system at all, only kill any bad stuff that's on it.

this "Will and does Work"

Update :-

this will work and please scan your system twice once in safe mode and then in normal mode after doing an update.

after it works can i please have the points as well (many thanks in advance)How to remove trojan "Antivirus Software Alert" when all malware removal apps are infected?
This site gives info on many current malware threats http://bestfree-spyware-virus-trojan-pro…How to remove trojan "Antivirus Software Alert" when all malware removal apps are infected?
I've sort of taken over as the system admin for one of my daughter's friend's laptops and I've had to help fix this one before. If you can boot up in safe mode, you may be able to use a "clean" version of the anti-virus/malware tools (recommend downloading on a separate system and burning to disc or USB). You may even be able to restore to a previous system restore point prior to the infection. In that case, you'll still need to go through and scan the system with the various tools (McAfee, Spybot S%26amp;D, MalwareBytes, and MS Defender are the main ones I tend to go with). After that, make sure the user(s) all run under standard user accounts rather than administrative accounts to try to keep the problem from recurring.
