Whenever I try to download an app on chrome, it just keeps installing and never stops.|||It has to be your computer that's making the install to slow.
Upgrade more memory: http://crucial.com|||maybe pop up blocker is blocking them . or maybe your missing programs like flash player , ....
try updating your windows too|||Your computer may need to be reset or you may have too many apps
