i've wanted to empty the trash for a while, but i wasn't sure if i'd end up deleting my basic apps as well. and by basic apps, i mean chrome, imovie, launchpad, etc. all i'd wanted to do was remove them from the dock.|||hahaha I lol'd at the above guy's comment.
But no, if you empty the trashbin then whatever is in the trashbin will be deleted, nothing else.|||Macs are far from trash. Buy a windows PC if you want constant Blue screen errors, windows update failures, and viruses. But no, if you empty the trash only the files actually located in the trash bin are removed.|||If you empty the trash on a mac you wouldnt have a computer left.
All apples are trash. Buy windows.
