How to get rid of PageRage from my google chrome?

Well i restarted my laptop yesterday not even clicking on pagerage website at all and i came bk on facebook i suddenly got all these advertisements and then 2 choice to add or remove pr. I cannot get rid of pagerage and there isnt even an app in my apps on facebook Help!?|||Sometimes these apps are bundled in offers that you sign up for so that's how it probably got on your computer.
