When using Google Chrome sync, does it constantly save everything you do?

This sounds dumb, but say you bookmark another site after you sync Chrome, does it constantly save everything? Just making sure because I have a LOT of bookmarks and apps and would hate to lose them.|||Yes, everything that you choose to sync is continually synced with Google so that you can access it on any computer.
