I tried one of my apps and it says something went wrong be back soon and the other app says error while loading the page. My guess is I am not updated on a program like Adobe flash player or something. I tried to download it from the Adobe site but it said that google chrome browser will automatically update it for me and would not allow me to download the latest version. Any suggestions? 1) Open Device Manager
2) Find the sound-card device
3) Remember the name of the device
4) Uninstall it.
